In September, we checked the websites of each campus in our [database](https://www.hazinginfo.org/campus-lookup) to get the latest information about the school’s: - Campus Hazing Transparency Report. - Hazing policy. - Online form for reporting hazing. - Email and phone number for hazing reporting and questions. You can view our full set of evaluation standards [here](https://www.hazinginfo.org/how-we-work). Key requirements include: - A **date-stamped hazing incident record or Campus Hazing Transparency Report** that indicates whether or not the campus had a hazing incident in the past year. That’s a higher standard than the federal requirement to publish a report only when there has been a formal finding of hazing following an investigation. - A **current hazing policy** that includes substantive information on the school’s prevention policy and the process it uses to investigate hazing. - An **online form or method specifically for reporting hazing**. A generic “Contact Us” or “Report a concern” form that doesn’t mention hazing does not count. ### **Getting the facts right matters** HazingInfo refreshes all of our campus information twice a year and quickly updates individual school pages whenever a college or university reaches out with updated links or information.
