In 2023, college freshman Luke Tyler told friends he was at his breaking point because of hazing by members of the Theta Chi fraternity at Washington State University. Just weeks later, the mental toll of the hazing was too much, and Luke took his own life.
Luke’s mother, Colleen Tyler of Redmond, WA, has become a champion for hazing prevention to help protect other families. She shared this video with HazingInfo reflecting on Luke’s life and the impact of hazing on their family.
